For extra caution and bruise prevention, avoid these for one week prior to treatment.

What pre-care instructions do I need to follow prior to my injectable appointment?

04

We have a text line for all patients and patrons of Beauty Arts that is open 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. There are four licensed and ZO Expert certified Providers who are available to assist you during these hours. Please feel free to text us at (214) 807-0788.

What if I have questions about my skincare products?

02

We never recommend starting ZO with anything less than the core products, and, for best results, discourage mixing and matching ZO products with other skincare lines. The core products include variations of cleanser, exfoliator, toner, antioxidant, and an SPF.

Can I pick one or two ZO products to start with?

Our goal is to give you the best results possible, in the safest way possible.

Because of this, please reschedule your appointment if:

  • You have dental work scheduled two weeks pre or post injectable treatment.
  • You have had a vaccine in the month leading up to your appointment or plan to have one in the month post your appointment.
  • You are currently sick or taking antibiotics for an infection.
  • You have an important event scheduled in the two weeks following your treatment for which you absolutely cannot be swollen or bruised.
  • You have an active cold sore. If you have a history of cold sores, please notify us prior to your lip filler appointment so that we are able to get an antiviral prescribed for you. Lip injections can cause a cold sore outbreak if you have a history of cold sores.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding. We are unable to treat you during this special time!
